On receipt of completed application form, participants will be contacted directly by the organising agency to arrange all travel.
On receipt of completed application form and signed letter of commitment, the IGA will ask the travel agency – Dalhoff Travel – to arrange all travel and liaise directly with the participant.
Any special needs for transfer to/from the airport must be indicated on the application form.
Transfer will be arranged from/to Frankfurt airport. Details will be confirmed by email to participants nearer the time.
It is the participant’s responsibility to arrange a visa, if needed. In some cases, the visa number will be needed to book flights.
We can provide a formal letter of invitation to support applications if necessary. Please request this from the IGA office by email to email@example.com.
Expenses and other issues
The IGA will cover the cost of the symposium, travel, accommodation and all meals for one participant from each IGA member association.
All participants have covered overnight stay from Friday – Sunday. For those with long haul flights please contact firstname.lastname@example.org about extra nights needed.
Accommodation will be in double rooms, allocated by the planning group.
Any item of a personal nature; such as room service, breakfast in your room, laundry, drinks (other than those provided as part of the program), telephone – the list is not exhaustive. This will be at participants own expense and will require settlement at time of check out.
